Introducing Our New Knowledge Base

What's the Grasp Technologies motto? We've said it many times and we never get tired of it. "Happy Employees, Happy Customers, Everybody Wins!" And our Support Team makes sure to take extra care of our customers.

Taking client service to the next level

We are excited to announce our newest resource for our customers: A full, self-service Knowledge Base containing everything you need to know about each of our products. All you need to do is log into your GraspDATA Portal, and the Knowledge Base is available to you.

In the Knowledge Base, you will find detailed sections for each of our products that include commonly asked questions, quick start guides, video links, and so much more! Additionally, we will be compiling our monthly tip and reports features in the Knowledge Base as well.

On the home screen, you’ll find a Search field to make it easy to find what you’re looking for, as well as a tile for each product. For example, the “What’s New at Grasp” has our latest updates, tips, maintenance schedule and more.  You can even open a support case from our “Contact Us” tile! 

Grasp Technologies is dedicated to helping our clients get a better handle on their travel management. Our Knowledge Base is designed to make self service support and education easier than ever. Log into GraspDATA, click on the "help" tab under "menu", and check out the Knowledge Base for yourself.
