Capital Area Travel Leaders is a small to medium-sized, full-service host agency serving Michigan since 1978. Their business is multi-faceted, handling everything from the small independent traveler, to large incentive or family groups, in addition to an array of corporate clients.
In collaboration with Travelport, they wanted to quickly and confidently migrate from Travelport Worldspan to Travelport+. The following case study will advise on that experience and how Grasp Technologies and their GraspCLOUD Cloud Hosting service contributed to that migration.
Travel Leaders Network decided to drop Worldspan and go to Travelport+. Capital Area Travel is contracted for GDS under the Travel Leaders Network, but after having seen the demonstration they were very excited to move to TravelPort+.
